The community is specifically designed with common areas and features that allow individuals to “age in place.” The site provides varied housing options and levels of services, which are designed to respond to the individual needs of those who require assistance with certain activities of daily living, but do not need continuous or one on one personal care that a private facility might provide. This is a wonderful option for a couple where a spouse requires more help than the other, where they can continue to live together with supports that don’t get in-between them.
